Pulau Kapas（棉花岛）位于登嘉楼沿海，是一座以细白沙滩与清澈海水著称的小型海岛。岛名“Kapas”意为“棉花”，形容其柔软洁白的沙质与宁静自然的环境。

从 Jeti Marang 出发，仅需约15至20分钟船程即可抵达，是当地少数交通便捷的海岛之一。相较于其他需要较长船程的离岛，这里更适合安排一日游行程。

Pulau Kapas is a small island off the coast of Terengganu, known for its soft white sand and clear, calm waters. The name “Kapas,” meaning “cotton,” reflects the island’s powdery beaches and relaxed natural setting.

Departing from Jeti Marang, the island can be reached in approximately 15 to 20 minutes by boat, making it one of the most accessible islands in the region. Compared to other offshore destinations, it is especially suitable for a short day trip.

Despite its proximity to the mainland, the water remains remarkably clear with good visibility. Fish can often be seen near the shore, making it a suitable spot for casual snorkeling and light water activities.

The island retains a largely natural environment with a quiet and laid-back atmosphere, ideal for short visits, beach relaxation, and simple island experiences.
