玉柱擎天｜丽江旅游攻略

玉柱擎天景区位于云南省丽江市玉龙雪山南麓、白沙镇玉湖村（玉龙山下第一村），海拔约 2800 米，占地 150 亩，是集雪山、湖泊、石刻、古建与纳西文化于一体的人文自然秘境。景区自明代起便是纳西木氏土司的避暑夏宫，也是美籍奥地利学者约瑟夫・洛克旅居 27 年、研究纳西文化的重要据点。

核心看点

摩崖石刻（景区标志）

高约 30 米的峭壁上，清雍正二年（1724 年）丽江首任流官知府杨馝题刻 “玉柱擎天” 四字，笔力遒劲；雍正三年（1725 年）郡丞聂瑞题 “玉壁金川”，雄浑柔润，是 “改土归流” 重要历史见证，也是丽江最早的汉文摩崖石刻。

玉湖倒影（雪山十二景之首）

由雪山冰雪融水汇聚而成，湖水清澈见底（能见度达 13 米），晴天时玉龙雪山主峰扇子陡完整倒映湖面，山光水色交融，被誉为 “雪山十二影之首”。

人文古迹

含玉龙书院（东巴文化展示、象形文字体验）、雪松庵、太子洞（神泉）、观音岩、洛克旧居、千年古树群等，东巴文化、藏传佛教与纳西民俗在此交融。

景区内有高山植物园，汇集多种珍稀高山植物，深潭瀑布、杜鹃山、古木林相映成趣，四季景致清幽

🏔️ Yuzhu Qingtian | A Classic Viewpoint of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain

Located near Lijiang Ancient Town, Yuzhu Qingtian is one of the key viewpoints for appreciating the majestic Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It is also one of the most iconic natural sights in the area.

The name “Yuzhu Qingtian” refers to the towering peak of the mountain, which rises sharply into the sky like a jade pillar. On clear days, the view is especially striking, with the snow-covered peak contrasting beautifully against the blue sky.

Visitors can enjoy a closer perspective of the mountain’s scale and dramatic presence. Early morning and late afternoon are ideal times to visit, as the softer light enhances the textures and depth of the landscape.

However, the experience is highly dependent on weather conditions. On clear days, the mountain is fully visible and breathtaking; on cloudy days, it may be partially or completely hidden.
