龙女湖｜丽江旅游攻略

龙女湖（又称玉湖）是位于丽江玉龙雪山南麓、玉湖村村外的天然高原湖泊，由雪山冰川融水汇聚而成，海拔约 2800 米，被誉为 “玉龙雪山下的蓝眼泪”。景区以镜面雪山倒影、高山草甸、原生态纳西风光为核心特色，是丽江少有的免费秘境，也是摄影、徒步、骑马的绝佳目的地。

雪山镜面倒影（核心景观）

湖面平静如镜，晴天时完整倒映玉龙雪山十三峰，水天一色，形成 “金山双影” 奇观，是丽江观赏雪山倒影的最佳地点。无风清晨与傍晚为最佳拍摄时段。

网红孤树与草甸风光

湖北侧有一棵标志性孤树，搭配雪山、湖泊、草甸，是旅拍、婚纱摄影的经典机位。湖畔广阔草甸四季如画：春夏绿草如茵、野花遍地；秋冬金黄草甸与雪山白雪相映，牛羊漫步其间，尽显原生态高原牧歌风情。

Dragon Girl Lake (also known as Yuhu Lake) is a natural plateau lake located outside Yuhu Village, at the southern foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Lijiang. Fed by glacial meltwater at an altitude of ~2,800 meters, it is hailed as the “Blue Tear beneath Jade Dragon Snow Mountain”. A hidden gem free of charge, it boasts stunning snow-mountain reflections, alpine meadows, and authentic Naxi scenery—ideal for photography, hiking, and horseback riding.

The lake acts as a flawless mirror. On sunny days, it perfectly reflects all thirteen peaks of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, creating a breathtaking “double golden mountain” spectacle. The best photography times are windless early mornings and evenings.

Iconic Lone Tree & Meadow Scenery

A solitary iconic tree on the lake’s north side is a classic spot for travel and wedding photos, framed by snow-capped peaks, lake, and meadows. The vast pastures shine year-round: lush green with wildflowers in spring/summer; golden with snow-capped mountains and grazing cattle in autumn/winter.
