怡发茶室在怡保算是蛮有历史的一间老店，从 1955 年做到现在，主要就是靠他们的咖喱面。
环境是很传统的茶室那种，没有特别装修，就是很老派、很接地气的感觉，本地人来吃的会比较多。
这里的咖喱面是偏浓郁路线，干咖喱酱会比较稠，味道也比较重，拌面一起吃是很够味的那种。鸡肉给得也算大块，整体吃起来是扎实的类型。
汤咖喱的话会稍微顺口一点，带一点奶香，不会太咸，配上烧肉和河粉吃起来比较平衡。
另外他们的茶蛋也算是比较特别的一个点，味道跟一般卤蛋不太一样，可以试试看。
整体来说，这里不是什么网红店，但如果你想吃一碗比较传统、味道够浓的咖喱面，这间是可以来试的。
