长江白咖啡｜怡保美食打卡

建龙山谷这边的长江白咖啡算是怡保比较特别的一个点，整体不是单纯来吃东西，而是吃+逛+看一起的体验。

座位可以选在岩洞旁或室内，外面因为有天然石灰岩遮挡，其实会有一点凉意，大热天坐着也不会太闷。室内则是比较传统的南洋茶室风格，加上旁边的岩石环境，看起来也蛮特别的。

这里后面还有一个小型的白咖啡展示区，可以看到一些以前的烘焙工具和包装，吃完可以顺便走走。再往后还有步道可以进去山谷，环境是那种绿植很多、比较自然的感觉，适合慢慢逛一下。

吃的部分其实就是比较简单的茶餐室类型，像烤面包和饮料表现都还不错，属于稳定不会出错的那种；蛋挞就比较普通一点，没有特别惊艳。

整体来说，这里重点还是在环境，可以在山洞旁喝个咖啡、顺便走走看看，如果行程中想安排一个轻松一点的点，这里还蛮适合的。

Kin Loong Valley’s Chang Jiang White Coffee is one of the more unique spots in Ipoh. It’s not just about eating — it’s more of a combined experience of café, sightseeing, and a short walk in nature.

You can choose to sit near the cave or indoors. The outdoor seating, shaded by limestone formations, feels naturally cooler even on hot days. The indoor area follows a traditional kopitiam style, with the cave setting adding a different atmosphere.

Behind the café, there’s a small white coffee display area showing old roasting tools and packaging. Further in, there’s a short path leading into the valley, with greenery and natural rock formations, nice for a casual walk.

Food-wise, it’s simple and typical kopitiam fare. Toast and drinks are solid and reliable, while the egg tart is more average and not particularly memorable.

Overall, the main draw here is the setting and experience. It’s a good place to take a break, have a coffee by the cave, and explore a bit of nature at the same time.
